All bookings are subject to availability. We confirm your itinerary and provide final details via WhatsApp once dates are confirmed.
We accept cash payments only. Card payments are not accepted.
A deposit may be required for selected premium and fly-in safari bookings. Where a deposit is required, the amount is $300 per person and must be paid in cash. We will confirm the details before payment.
Guests who need to cancel or reschedule for reasons other than weather or operational changes must contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip. Weather or operational changes may result in a reschedule or alternative experience.
By booking with us, you agree to follow guide instructions and safety guidelines during tours, transfers, and marine activities.
